Abstract

The article presents the concept of the creation of an experimental sample of hydrophysical software and technological complex (as a component of a future system for processing and storing information resources) on the basis of a vessel’s modular complex of technical means for collecting and processing the hydrophysical parameters of the marine environment located on the research vessel "Gidrobiolog" of the NAS of Ukraine as well as the coastal reception center of the intellectual information system of hydrographic situation coverage in the Black Sea of the State Institution "Scientific Hydrophysical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine".
